Noah Cyrus' 'Smack That' Controversy (PopEater)

Dec 16th 2009 7:13PM Have you looked at some of todays children? How they dress? How they dance? This is not just because she is Noah CYRUS but a product of what is happening to our younger and younger generations. Kids who know the lyrics to every song they shouldn't know the lyrics too, kids who "bump", etc. People are trying to sexualize our four year olds with mini-skirts and high heels, and who knows what that is the product of, media possibly but still. Don't just blame the Cyruses.

With bank fees rising, prepaid debit cards could replace checking accounts (Daily Finance)

Dec 4th 2009 5:24PM I have a credit union and the only thing you get charged for is if you go over what you have in the bank... what they do for "bounced" checks is they will cover them and they will charge you $25 but the place still gets paid and you don't have to deal with the returned check fee of the place, your bank fee, and then any legal fees. As long as you don't overspend what you have in your checking account, which is why checkbook registers are a very helpful item, you have no fees except if you go to an unauthorized atm, but they now have a program that you can sign up for $3 a month for free atms all over the place. Or you can just do cash back at the POS terminals at your local grocery store for free.

Obama Won the What? (Politics Daily)

Oct 9th 2009 10:50AM I am proud to be an American because our President has won the Nobel Peace Prize and because I support the leader of our country. Some people are just rude and unpatriotic.

Gisele Bunchden on Brady-Moynahan Baby: I 'Already Feel Like He's My Son' (Fanhouse NFL Blog)

Mar 30th 2009 10:41PM Just because you do give birth to a child does not make you a mom. Yes you are the child's biological mother but in the case of adoption and surragacy (sp), the one giving birth is not always the one raising the child, now this does not have anything to do with Gisele but she may come from a collectivistic culture (group minded) where the whole community takes part in raising a child. The US on the other hand is individualistic. I do not believe she meant it as a stab to the biological mother.

14-Year-Old Sets 'Guitar Hero' Guinness World Record (Switched)

Feb 6th 2009 1:30AM I didn't watch the video but this is completely possible. I own this game... and I love that song but have carpal tunnel from about 10 years of typing (I'm 19). Using star power and doing so well he could've gotten this score because you have 4x multiplier which multiplies the points the notes equal by 4 x. And then star power will double that. I know a kid who can play a song on guitar hero on expert behind his back. Yeah I have a video on my camera of it.

Wal-Mart Intercom Prank (AOL Video Blog)

Sep 1st 2007 1:40PM This is hilarious. Once in Hy-Vee when I worked there someone announced "Will Bob Saget please come to Customer Service? Bob Saget to Customer Service" it was hilarious.

Wal-Mart is fun to mess around in when you are in a hick town and bored to death on a Friday night.
