Video Game Sales Up Despite Struggling Economy (Switched)
Mar 17th 2008 12:43PM The rise in PS3 sales has more to do with Blu-Ray basically winning the format wars than with any gaming content. To HD-conscious buyers, the PS3 is the cheapest player for what looks like the winning format. There's so little solid gaming content to speak of at the moment that it's more like a bonus than the main draw.
