Class Action Lawsuit Against Microsoft for Windows Vista Marketing {Switched.com}

Mar 1st 2008 6:07PM I recently purchase the new windows vista to put on my newly rebuilt computer.it did not work and I reinstalled windows xp that I find works much better.I would expect microsoft to refund my money for something that doesnt work.they make enough money off of hard working people that they should refund the money.when I returned it to best buy I was told they wouldnt refund my money.I feel this is comsumer fraud at its finest.I even tried to give it away and no one wanted it they said it was a piece of shit.
