Mar 17th 2008 12:53PM WOW! I'm sorry, but if I pay for HARVARD and I have to complain about the SERVER ADMINISTRATOR long enough to think I've got to commit an act of E-Terrorism....WOW! It sux for the 6,600 people, but it appears that the hackers were right and needed to be taken seriously. I mean, it's not like they were complaining about not enough sugar in the iced tea in the cafeteria.
HARVARD really dropped the ball on this. It's a PAYING CUSTOMER's job to test what they are paying for...especially if they have already complained......HARVARD should be sued!

Feb 29th 2008 3:35PM Doesn't matter how cheap the plans are if u get charged for 9 of them on 2 phones every month. Also doesn't matter how unlimited the bill is if U can't EVER USE THE SERVICE! Dropping 75 calls a day is not worth a $40 savings monthly. And 6hrs on the phone to fix a problem with their OWN billing Dept's error is INSANE!
Push to talk is the biggest joke too. NEXTEL alone wasn't that bad!
What happens when 1 bad company with poor customer service buys an even worse company with the worst network reliability, pricing, and phone selection?
