Jury Awards $6M to Taser Victim's Family {Switched.com}
Jun 11th 2008 2:04PM It seems it was truly a jury of his peers. I wonder how long it took to find that many dirt bag meth users willing to fill the jury pool to reach such an outcome. Did his family really deserve such a reward for his actions? Could the man have really earned that much in his life, even if he was their connection or their dealer for their drugs? Defense lawyers, who make it their job to find loopholes that will set free criminals that truly did the crime and not just to protect the innocently accused, should be considered to have committed a crime against our society and be punished! But this will never happen because judges were once lawyers themselves and will protect their own kind before they are willing to protect us ‘’we the people’’. That loud sucking sound seems to be getting even louder! Can you hear me still!
7 States Consider Lowering the Drinking Age {Asylum}
May 11th 2008 9:14PM Having driven a wrecker throughout my 20s and part of my 30s, I have worked fatal accidents beyond counting. I have worked accidents that were so bad it was hard to believe no one died; and accidents so minor, yet some one lost their life. I have seen where servicemen have had too much to drink and have had traffic collisions. Thankfully, most were not serious. However, there were those that had fatal accidents, sometimes to themselves, sometimes to others. Nevertheless, the numbers of fatalities caused by underage drinking far out number these by far. The training received by those who have joined our military tends to mature the individual beyond their years. I have experienced this for myself this with my own son who finished boot camp on 9-11-2001. I agree that those with military I.D.s who are under 21 should able to drink as a privilege granted to them for their services to this country, as they will also pay a greater penalty if they abuse this privilege. Teenagers have a lifetime ahead of them to do their drinking, if they can survive their youth. Teenagers, as a whole, are still adjusting to thinking with minds struggling to mature. Their thoughts, cannot help but be influenced by their childhood experiences or mimicking the actions of older people around them. Most are not able to think as mature rational adults, aware of the true consequences their actions may entail; including the harm they may inflict on themselves and to others. Especially after they have been consuming alcohol. There is no reason or benefit in allowing more young adults/juvenals to start drinking alcohol legally. There are too many dirt bags walking this world looking and waiting to exploit young people monetarily or sexually whose judgment and minds have been clouded by alcohol

Inappropriate Behavior at Police Station {AOL Video Blog}
Feb 16th 2008 11:13PM People who lack brains make up for it in attitude and are too quick to shoot their mouths off! Wake up people! The dirt bags and criminals have infiltrated our most important jobs and positions in all levels of the public and private business sectors. A dirt bag or criminal who puts on a guise of a cop, fireman, politician or a doctor or any other profession, is only wearing a disguise! He isn't a cop /fireman/doctor or whatever the label. They are criminals in a uniform or position waiting to strike when the first chance arises. The criminals ARE running the system. Laws are to keep honest people honest. The laws dont stop criminals from committing more crime! Look at all the laws on the books that are only enforced when convenient! Like illegal immigration, loitering etc.etc. When even the smallest of infractions are enforced,people might(MIGHT) think twice about committing more serious crimes.How do YOU act and respond when no one is looking? Ya I thought so.It's o.k.you don't have to explain. Like I said; their just crooks dressed up looking for a place to happen!
