Sep 15th 2010 3:58PM It's not whether to circumcise or not to curcumcise....the procedure was done WITHOUT parental consent. This hospital was in Miami, so I am sure it was done by some illegal who could not speak English or read a simple consent form. I don't blame the parents for suing. Were it me, I'd sue the hospital AND anyone else involved for a whole lot more money. I feel sorry for the baby; he had no say in the matter whatsoever.
