buy a thin and light one:
1.Upgrade the RAM to its maximum potential!!! (do not pay for memory installation, its the easiest thing to do, just plug it in)
2.Uninstall all the junk that comes with it (especially AOL...it slows your comp down)
3.Vista is horrible, i agree with henry...
