Lindsay Lohan's Ankle Monitoring Bracelet Sounds Alarm (PopEater)
Jun 2nd 2011 9:54PM First in first out, last in last out. I am for that. What a concept. Of course it will never work. The poor bastards who would actually deserve to get out on that basis don't have access to the publicity machine that this stupid B***H does.
Lindsay Lohan's Ankle Monitoring Bracelet Sounds Alarm (PopEater)
Jun 2nd 2011 9:48PM Um-m-m, Blochuckles, speaking of being RUDE, and jumping to conclusions and being so quick to judge, anyone in law enforcement, any court official- IE: probation officer, parole officer, anyone who works or ever worked in any of those offices, anyone who works for an attorney offices,or anyone who even knows anybody who ever had to wear one knows more about them than you apparently do. Go be rude to somebody somewhere who can't see through you. What a moron to call somebody rude because they know more than you do.

Biggest As Seen on TV Disappointments of 2010 (WalletPop)
Dec 20th 2010 11:01AM Not sure how this turned into a pro -"Nu-Wave" comment area, but I have to agree with Preston , Carol, et Al. I';ve had mine for several yars, and justv recently bought the newer model with the digitally controlled head. I loved the earlier model, and so far can't find out anything to complain about with the new one either, although I have toi admit, when I want to cook something, I spen my time cooking, not finding things to complain about. It isn't an instantaneous magic cooking machine - It simply does what it says it will. CAROL - I still have the various books which came with the new one, and I believe the order form for additional accessories is there as well. I can e-mail you a copy of the order form if you still need/want one. folkpicker959@aol.com.
GPS Products That Won't Lead You Into the Poorhouse -- Savings Experiment (WalletPop)
Dec 9th 2010 12:59PM All portable GPS automotive units, at least those made by Garmin have an electronic switch included in the "Tools/Settings/Security/Safety Mode/On/Off" function that allows you to turn on/off the safety function so that you can allow your passenger (or yourself if you have a deathwish) to program or reprogram your trip while the vehicle is in motion. I've owned 3, the latest being a NUMI 1390-T, and they all have had the safety feature override built into them, and all can be found in basically the same location. Did you not read the owner's instruction manual?
Charlie Sheen Hospitalized After Naked Run-In With Police at NYC Hotel (PopEater)
Oct 26th 2010 12:58PM Who said he should get help from his father is apparently too young to remember back when minute-by-minute "instant gratification celebrity news reports" didn't exist, and you diden't get this kind of juicy reporting for several days - if ever - depending on their agent's clout. His old man was twice the a**hole that he is. He drank and womanized more than Charlie ever thought of doing. Charlie is heredity in all its full glory! I'm so damn proud of our so-called heros that I could just S**t!
Fake debt collectors want your very real money (WalletPop)
Aug 2nd 2010 9:34AM "Is BigBiz now hiring fake debt collectors? Well, let's see now. I would think that if someone, no matter who, hires you to collect a debt, you aren't a "fake" anything. The company may be fraudulent, but if you get hired to do a job, how does that make you a fake anything? It's an oxymoron. If you get hired to collect a debt that you don't know it's fraudulent, you are a legit employee. You are providing a service for a fee. On the other hand, if you do know it is a scam, then you are not an employee, and are conspiring to comit fraud. You can't have it both ways. Ah, but I see from the tone of your post that unless your nose is brown from rubbing up against Obama's backside, you are automatically guilty of something - anything, especially of having a brain
10 Destinations NOT to Visit (AOL Travel News)
Jul 9th 2010 2:04PM Quote: New Mexico? If you can't read, don't criticize anyone else. It very clearly say that the 4 states are Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and NEW MEXICO! Go back to 1st grade Reading And Comprehension Class. Did you even read the article, or are you just assuming everyone else is as dumb as you guys are?
How "Well-Done" Became a Dirty Word (Slashfood)
Jun 21st 2010 10:17PM gobluespartyon: You are absolutely right. "Well Done" is NOT a waste of good meat. It actually saves the restaurant from having to throw out the lesser quality meat which they then can give you because it's done so much you can't tell what you are eating. By bad meat, I don't mean that the meat is turning, just that they use the cuts which can't be used for anything other kinds of steak dinners currently on their menu. This isn't an industry secret. Everyone is aware of it., That is except for the people who usually order their steaks well done. These are the cuts you wouldn't even stand next to in a supermarket, but will cheerfully pay top dollar for in a restaurant, and then complain about. These are especially the cuts you get when you come in close to closing time. They are left over from the hand-cuts which were served earlier. Oh - and don't listen to people like me. We may or may not know what we are talking about, and you don't know. Find a good steakhouse - STEAKHOUSE, not a national gfastfood chain that serves steaks as well as everything else on the planet - then get to know the head chef - not "line cook", I said CHEF - then ask him where the "well-done" steaks come from. It's never top-shelf meat. I would never, ever eat the quality of meat which a high percentage of restaurants would serve when you order it "Well Done"! You can talk to your doctor about the carcinogens you eat everytime you eat your steaks well done. That's the charred meat you eat from the well done surfaces. I'd rather eat a little blood than swallow my cancer wholesale. But, hey! Have fun.
How "Well-Done" Became a Dirty Word (Slashfood)
Jun 21st 2010 9:06PM Jeff. Cudos for your comments. I still don't understand the mentality of thinking that if Olive Garden cooks good pasta, it must also be the best steakhouse in town. A $9.95 steak is worth exactly that. No wonder so many people have to have their steaks cook well done. That's the only way to get one of those past your taste buds. Then, once they get it, they have to immediately cut it in half to see if it's done okay, and whatever juices are left run out, and the damn thing dries out immediately - and tastes - like a boot.
