Jan 20th 2008 7:03AM Does anyone care about the elderly handicapped people. those in their 70's and up. They have paid all their lives and are still paying they are affected by the rising cost just like everyone else. Once again they are being left out when the president gives out his bonus those that are too sick to work get nothing except high prices. Sometimes even their relatives ignore them .(shame)
