Dropping the F-bomb on Sesame Street? (ParentDish)

Nov 7th 2008 5:27PM Just because the F-bomb is allowed on TV doesn't mean you'll be hearing it on things such as Blue's Clues. That's just ridiulous to even think that! There are TV ratings for everyshow on TV. That is a parents guide if they should allow their children to watch that show or not. Kids are going to hear these words regardless if its on TV or not. It is our responsiblity as parents to teach them not to say these words.

Nov 6th 2008 9:22PM cpr63- I get these from different banks all the time. The thing is, I get them from banks that I don't even have accounts at. Never, ever click on a link like that in an e-mail. If you think something may be wrong with your account, go to the website directly by typing the address in instead of clicking on the e-mail. The e-mail and their websites most often look exactly like the original ones. If there is a problem with your account, most trusted companies will ask you to go to their page on your own and log-in as they know about the 'spoof' e-mails that are sent. Ebay and PayPal have e-mail accounts set up where you can forward these if you need to. They are- spoof@ebay.com and spoof@paypal.com. Just a bit of info I thought I'd pass on.

Katie Holmes has Mom Hair? (ParentDish)

Jul 28th 2008 4:05PM So you think wearing your hair in a ponytail makes you look younger and better? I always wore my hair in a ponytail and finally cut it into a very cute short do. I love it and everybody always compliments me on it. It is so easy to fix and has such great style, much more than my long hair in a ponytail. Trust me, if even a little boy in your carpool is asking why you always where it up in a ponytail, you might want to either start fixing it or change your style. There are a lot of women who went from the nothing but ponytail look, and like myself, swear they won't ever go back to having long hair.

Feb 23rd 2008 5:40AM Vinegar or ammonia is great at taking the musty smell out of clothes, especially towels. Add some to your washer at the same time as adding detergent. The smell of ammonia or vinegar will not remain but the musty smell will be gone! Only about 1/4 cup is needed.
