May 16th 2010 1:14PM who IS glenn beck? why should anyone think he is informed or intelligent or patriotic. He is the opposite of each of those qualities. Misinformed. Lying in public on microphone. Pandering. A fifth grader could give him a run for his money. He is TOTALLY UNPATRIOTIC. Why? The great conservative man's man, John Wayne, was asked when the man he didn't support, John Kennedy, won the election and Wayne responded in the manner of all ACTUAL REAL AMERICANS WITH COMMON SENSE. He said, "I didn't vote for him, but he won, and he is my president." That's too much common sense for the tea-baggers and bigots. Mr. Beck - Obama Won - you should be supporting reform and relief as he is.

I teach in a college and am a liberal and have never mentioned anything about politics to my students.
And are you so insecure that you think a few hours a day in school is going to undo the raising you have given your children. That's nuts.
That's like the mentally challenged who say same-sex marriage will ruin the institution of marriage. Well, it's legal in Iowa and a recent survey asked has it affected "your marriage" and 95% said absolutely not.

I understand though, you must be Republican because you believe in fear fantasies instead of being patriotic or christian and believe the people are happy with him. More than two thirds want a choice between the private insurance industry and a program like medicare furnished by the government. Thats about 180 Million Americans at minimum.
The people destined to lose are people who vote against the bill with a public choice, they are choosing lobbyists over people's wishes, so we will just vote them out. Yes we can.
