Dec 27th 2007 12:44PM I agree the FDA will take 10 years, and the insurance companies another 10 before we see it ...but do you know why things move faster in Europe? Liability. Why would a company in the US want to put something in the market that could save lives, if they were wrong 1 time, and then had to declare bankruptcy because of the billion dollar settlement that the courts might award?
