Vacant House Yields Late Owner's Stash of Cash (AOL Real Estate)
Nov 9th 2011 11:32AM You know all these justifications for turning the money in are good. I think to each his own and if this guy wanted to turn in the money then great. As for me with this economy and working at walmart struggling and with Christmas looming I and with the house vacant I think I woud have kept at least some of the money. You just don't kick lady luck in the teeth and say "hey here is a shitload of money in the vents and I'm going to give it back". I certainly don't consider myself a bad guy at all. I truly feel bad for the guy that talked about his former friend and the drug dealers and I'm nothing like him. This was a lucky find by fate and I take every piece of good fortune that comes my way through fate or by chance. To do anything else is your choice and whatever you do you have my support but in this particular case I would have kept part or all of the money given my current circumstances. Have a nice day everyone.
Has Matt Damon Lost His Passion for President Obama? (PopEater)
Mar 11th 2011 2:44PM Damon please man....just be quiet. The man is a lier and suit full of hot air and you and the rest of hollywierd have somewhat figured it out and it's taken you two whole years to get off the koolaid. Obummer is not brilliant or a deep thinker. That sir is absolute nonsense. He has people around him to tell him what kind of pretty lies to say. Wake up. This idiot is destroying our country. You need to start worrying about the people here that are hungry and not so much the ones overseas.I am sorry Matt that this bum has shattered your dreams and I realize since your a Harvard or whatever grad you simply have to save face by sticking to your guns by saying something like you think he is still "brilliant" and a "deep thinker".....riiiigghhhhtt. Maybe you should just campaign for the next president elect in the next year and a half or so. One that was really born here on US soil and actualy has executive experience and knows what the hell he is really doing.
FanHouse Roundtable: NFL Lockout on Horizon for 2011 Season? (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Feb 12th 2011 10:33AM Hey there my friend they are greedy. The commissioners of these conferrences now are greedily pushing hard to get in these other schools in their conferences to generate and supposedly pull in more money. Conferences are getting too big in the name of the dollar in college ball and the regular season games in say the ACC simply suck because there is no round robin set up to play at each others' places during the season. A shame really. But there is enough greed to go around in college as well as the Pros.
FanHouse Roundtable: NFL Lockout on Horizon for 2011 Season? (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Feb 12th 2011 10:25AM Hell, I'm going to try out for a team if these idiots strike. Hell I will even do what they do for half what they are making...probably less. Go ahead dummies and strike.
Herschel Walker Ponders NFL Comeback (Fanhouse NFL Blog)
Jan 25th 2011 11:36AM Well I think the guy can do it and with 4.3 speed or better he could split starting duty with someone else at running back or as some reciever/back or just be put in a regular starting rotation out there. The guy is in awesome shape and can do this and has the numbers to back it up. I have wrote and said many times on these boards when stuff like this comes up and have seen and read factual evidence that some guys have done it in the past as has been fact and with nutrition as great as it is today and training the way it is today and with affirmations and other subliminal soundtrack techniques I say he can do it. If he gets injured early on I won't say "he was too old to be in there anyway" because Herschel is a grown man with the ability to still play and wanted to try ti again when other players let themselves go and give up or are just tired of it. Herschel has the drive and ability by the numbers with strength and speed and believes he can do it. He is one of my favorite runningbacks of all time behind Barry Sanders, Jim Brown and Sweetness from the Bears. I say go Herschel.
50 Greatest Guitar Riffs in Rock 'n' Roll -- Part 2 (Spinner)
Jan 15th 2011 10:13AM Rediculous list....some are pretty good but to leave out Bostons "More Than A Feeling" is a cardinal sin. What about Asia with the opening from "Heat Of The Moment". I personaly don't agree that they did a good job considering the job at hand. These guys always always have a retarded list everytime they put one out about rock music or just classic rock. Not having Boston anywhere on this list or much less even in the top 5 of this list just drained it and the fools that supposedly know anything about classic rock or guitar rock of any credibility at all.
Jacob Volkmann Plans to Ride Wave of Attention After Obama Comment (MMA Fighting)
Jan 11th 2011 1:44PM I agree with "ddscorp1". Great call out on "martin". Excellent post. Why dont MSNBC ever post those facts?. And to another poster about more bogus poll numbers for obummer...go to the real streets and ask them like I have...nobody likes this guy anymore...the hype and the rockstar status have run their course and they know what most folks know after two disasterous years of his stupidity and stupid liberal socialist democrap senate under the table force it on american policies...they want this fool out and are going to vote his sorry ass out unless the the ballot boxes are rigged. The liberal idiots in the media can write positive untrue comments all they want about "the comeback kid" and other stupid comments because the only way this fool wins again is if its all fixed. Nobody and I mean nobody wants this "Jimmy Carter" back in office and he will be low enough just like the media to use the Arizona shootings as a central attack point and focus to distract people and the capital from doing what needs to be done and thats repealing that stupid and unconstitutional nobama healthcare bill. Way too much spending by this dummy and his dummy chronies and crooks the first two years. It will be a hard road for republicans to fix the mess this idiot has made of our country the last two years. Huckabee/Romni for president 2012.
Faded Power N.C. State May Once Again Move to Front of 'Pack (Fanhouse NCAA Basketball Blog)
Dec 19th 2010 11:09AM NC State needs to get back to the magic of Reynolds Collesium and tradition. Duke has kept that tradition by staying put in there place but NC State "braintrust" decided to move. Sharing a facility is not really "your place" to defend. State could easily take the split from the monies made from concerts,Hurricane games, other events and the ACC tournament games to update and fix up Reynolds. It can be done. Give me Reynolds 8 days a week and twice on Sundays for guarenteed better NC State basketball. If the women want to play in the RBC center let them play there but as a real NC State fan from the Valvano days and before era and with all these fruitless and winless and no post tournament seasons it seems that it should be clear where these guys need to play and what real direction they need to be going in. Tradition. It's what makes Duke great and its what makes Carolina great. If you can't wrap your heads around that then just suck on it as we continue to lose. Move back to Reynolds, take the cut from the money from the RBC center and update with air conditioning and gradually update the place. A nobrainer plain and simple. Get these dummies off the board at State. They screwed Jimmy Valvano right enough and they continue to screw we the fans by trying to lull in "bigtime"spoiled baby recruits by building some bigger place to play when everybody knows you get good players that like a place with rich tradition and loyalty and good coaching and staff. Its not some new state of the art place off the cuff costing multimillions. Tradition guys...plain and simple. Back to Reynolds for starters if you want the Wolfpack to start winning again. Nuff' said.
The Best Christmas Commercials of All-Time (AOL TV)
Dec 5th 2010 11:16AM Sorry but my favorite is still the Norelco Santa commercials from the 70's or 80's. Also the Hershey's Kisses or symbols. Ahh the memories.
Taylor Swift Is EW's 'Entertainer of the Year' (PopEater)
Dec 3rd 2010 11:10AM I personaly believe "kanye" was not right because I think he was acting like some jealous thug and serious fool at those awards when he took over and ran his mouth at music awards. Though Taylor is hot and that is all she is besides a fairly talented song writer. The music is another thing entirely which I dont think she does much of. As for her singing it pretty much is not strong enough to hold its own out there. She basicaly can't really sing that great at all. The bottom line is is that she gives good face and she is 5'11" and maybe she should just cut back to just songwriting only and try to model or do her own line of clothes designs on the side. If she sticks to that and with her young fan base already I am sure that if she had some line of dresses or jeans or some kind of clothes that she modeled or whatever I think she could really be successful at that because the girl cannot sing. I agree with another poster that she has some great PR people. Have a nice day everyone.
