Oct 27th 2009 10:02AM I have not yet forgiven King for the ending to the Gun Slinger, but will if he does a sequel to the Stand. Having read every one of his books , if only I could have that time back I might be ten years younger, but so much less enriched. Without a doubt, Mr.King is the greatest writer of all time, so much so I hope he out lives me so I won't have to know the world without his story telling in it. Sep 30th 2009 11:29PM Rathers incompetence in handling that story (as true as it might have been) lent credence to to the possibility that the story may have been made up by various left wing crazies.
I believe if he hadn't tripped over himself to get that story out there with such obviously faked documents, the election may have turned out different.
