Dec 25th 2007 1:42AM This is an article? AOL has returned us to the picture books of our youths. They might as well make the pages out of oilcloth, so they won’t get damaged if we drool on them!
The article says “Here’s what you’ll need in the New Year:” and then gives us five pictures. The Gallery link also goes to pictures. Where’s the writing?
Okay, I’ll take them at their word. I WILL INDEED look dashing with that slender model on my arm this year, and I suppose I could put up with those worn-out Vans-looking things. Or do they just mean that I should actually wear some shoes? See how some words might come in handy here?
I’m NOT going to wear that blouse, and I suppose it might heighten my fashion sense if I got the chrome clothing rack they depict in the third picture. Hmmm. I wonder if they are hinting at the clothes, and not the rack?
WAIT A MINUTE! Maybe this article is written for women! It’s quite possible, although most women wouldn’t insist on having a model on their arm. Some would, of course.
