Netflix Subscriptions Drop, Despite Price Cut {Switched.com}

Jul 24th 2007 11:40AM Blockbuster holds an advantage with all their stores but I stick with Netflix because they are directly responsible for breaking Blockbuster's stranglehold and forcing them to totally change their ways at great benefit to consumers. Everyone should appreciate that fact, no matter which company gets your business.

A-Rod: Nothing Says 'Family' Like Dropping an F-Bomb {AOL Sports Blog}

Jun 10th 2007 11:25AM I found this blog very interesting. The yankees went to Boston immediately after Arod was pictured with with his stripper friend (and right after he showed his true colors running the bases). It was all over the all-sports, Red Sox flagship radio station the next day about how Alex had summoned his wife to Boston, squired her around town all day, and - get this - ate at a restaurant where he REQUESTED a window seat so that the 2 of them could mug for the cameras while they ate! It sounds like he did the same "see what a good family guy I am" act in Chicago until he finally got tired of using the press, and turned on them. He may have more talent than anyone, but he plays for Alex, not the Yankees. Jeter is a true Yankee, the big A is not. He shows no class and look it up, folks - every team he has departed immediately became a better TEAM.

Conviction, Teachers, Invasion, Freddie, Hope & Faith -- CANCELED {TV Squad}

May 16th 2006 9:16AM "Last I checked, it's spelled 'cancelled', and not 'canceled'. Phew, I thought I'd never find a use for my $200,000 education!" Ummm sorry King Bob, keep looking, you will find a use yet. Both spellings are correct but canceled is preferred. Put "cancelled" into an AOL email form and do a spell check - it gets rejected.
