For an RN you are scary. As a nurse you have an obligation to inform pregnant woman of the risks associated with excess heat on a fetus but instead you choose gossip. Who knows if she is sneaking a smoke. Only her doctor if he draws labs. You are not well informed and a potentially harmful personality. The nut nut is you're better at blogging than medicine.
