May 1st 2009 5:46PM Some people are more prone to infection than others, however, due to health issues. It's not always about the poor. I have had cancer and my immune system is very
unstable and I am more likely to catch new things going around that I have not built up antibodies to defend. So you can't really group everyone in the same catagory. I'm neither Mexican or poor.

Feb 23rd 2008 4:24PM The woman leaving the house does not look black to me and certainly is not dressed as a slave would have been dressed. I think the blacks are making mountains out of molehills. And why is is that only white people can be called racists?

Brooke Shield's mother "disappointed" in celebrity daughter (ParentDish)

Feb 23rd 2008 4:15PM Brooke's mother pushed her little girl so hard duing her growing up years that she never really had a normal childhood. It sounds like her mom was tring to live "her" dream through Brooke. Now she is an alcoholic. As a role model, she is horrible and I understand why Brooke wouldn't want her children to be around her mom and why she probably feels anger against her mom. It's a personal decision she has made and not really fodder for the press, which should just stay out of this family's affairs.
