When an athlete signs a "Letter of Intent" nowhere in the contract for you to play college sports does it say you are also bound by the contract of the university's clothes, shoes, or janitoral deal. It states that you must compete and go to class for that university and no other. Universities don't want to admit that "We aint in the old days" where you say jump and a kid jumps. They want to know what are the effects of the jumps and how will it help will they get hurt and how many should they do. I am glad he is standing up for himself and he doesn't know it but he is standing up for athletes around the country. There are simular situations but they always get swept under the rug. This one is a No Back Down issue.

I think you laughed at "OctoMom" and the black family from Houston and others that have high number of births at one time and could not pay there bills. She thought she could live off the show till the graduate and she never prepaired for the wrost. This is the worst, go and get a job like the rest of us. Re-become the white trash you were. We all need free money to take care of our kids.

If I can buy someones artistic expression because they are selling it I should be able to do what I want with it unless I am remixing and making money off of it right. Bullshit! We buy cars, houses and other shit, remodel it or put some rims on it add a bathroom or a new motor and sell it for more than we paid. Why hasn't anyone come after us for selling our houses or cars or anything else on ebay? Because it's stupid to run away your customers. If the artist believe that we are wrong then let them speak for themselves. Then you will know which artist to pass on when buying.
