I think it's because most of these people drive in the reclining position and can't see anything above the rear seat.

Aug 14th 2007 10:28AM First of all, this is NOT a Delta flight. It's a Delta "feeder" airline. Either COMAIR or ASA or several other contracted companies that fly into and out of smaller airports.
This clown was trying to incite an arguement emboldened by that stupid head camera. As a pilot for Delta I would certainly kept the passengers informed as much as humanly possible.
Much of the blame lies with JFK and the poor airport design and management. NOT the crewmembers! This sort of thing happens routinely be it good weather or bad.
Attempting to pick an arguement via video (without the knowledge of the captain) is wrong and if I found out he was recording me without my permission I would have had him arrested and I certainly would have pressed charges.
