Jun 6th 2008 12:16PM sorry, no sympathy here lady.i am a librarian and i couldn't care less if you have to ask a thousand times a day if we cared for a drink. you claim you are one of those that really liked their job up there 35,000 ft. high and i believe you. when we fly, as much as possible we try to abide by the FAA rules and the flight attendants policy onced the door is tight shut. if the consumers were busy trying to enjoy their ipods or not understanding what you are trying to convey, just wave and move on. we should be used to this kind of service by now sinced most of us were probably freakingly re-routed many times from our original destinations; we were charged extra for our luggage;stewardesses were busy flirting with that awesome goodlooking guy in first class and forgot tha there were other passengers in the plane, or they have been doing this job for so long they just don't give a sh*t. so, next time they don't respond, move your 150 lb cart and help the next passenger. i rest my case.
