May 20th 2008 11:14AM I really don't see the problem. I mean, he DID apologize. Of course, all the people with a deep and unreasonable hatred for Mr. Obama are going to milk this to death. It's amazing how people resort to insults and name-calling yet try to pretend that they know what's best for the world. I wouldn't want people like YOU or people you support in charge if my life depended on it. Of course, I am smart enough to realize that these types of stories are posted so that the controversy, drama, hatred and negativity can help sell the "news". Tell you what: If there is ANYBODY on here who has NEVER had a slip of the tongue or said something relatively harmless without meaning to offend someone, then I'll listen to whatever you have to say. Think long and hard about it now. If you cannot say that you have never done this, then no offense but shut-up. Man, you people will use ANYTHING to show that you hate this man.

May 16th 2008 6:10PM Anyone on here spewing hatred and racism just needs to go somewhere and be quiet. If you had any sense, you'd realize that Mrs. Obama said she was proud of America because of the good chance of our next President being a Black man or a White woman. Don't come on here with all that bullsh*t when certain white people in this country have treated black people, other non-white ethnic groups and women wrong for so many years. And before you flap your gums, I am not talking about all white people, just the ones that apply. And I do NOT support racism from any group, whether they are black, white or green. But as a black man, I can say that I am sick and damn tired of people not wanting anyone who is not white to get ahead. I swear, sometimes I wonder why I even get on here and read these comments when most of the time they seem to be posted by immature people. I said this in another post and I will say it again: I really hope that those of you being disrespectful, using racial slurs, or calling others derogatory names don't think you are accomplishing anything. For one, you sound like a kid on a school playground. So grow up. Two, smart people with common sense are ignoring you anyway, so you're irrelevant. I only chose to address you in case you didn't realize how pathetic you sound. And three, with all the things black people, women and other minorities have overcome, do you really think a little name-calling is going to do anything?

Page 80. I think it's better to get actual statements from Black Americans instead of relying on assumptions to get your facts, don't you agree?

That's pretty humorous. ken, if black people turning every little thing into a racial incident is what we "do these days", then what do you call Michael Richard's and Dog's use of the 'N-word' and Don Imus' "nappy-headed hoes" comment? Story time at the library? By the way, I know I'm not the only one smart enough to realize this story was only released to spark more heated discussions about race, albeit with a flip-side. Oh brother!
