Ummm Roger.. I am a physicist and engineer. Obviously you did not take many science courses. There is a fact of physics that says you cannot creat energy. Every process loses energy as something changes from one form or state to another. Thus perpetual motion machines will never exist. So think about it.if you split hydrogen and Oxygen apart in a water molecule, and then combine them again to get the energy, the overall process is a net loss of energy. But I guess all the laws of physics were invented by republicans just to piss off liberal morons..

He wages war without required Congressional declarations. SORRY BUT so did kennedy, Johnson, Carter, and Clinton and just about every president in limited actions. The president does not need congressional approval per the constitution for limited actions. Good Try to rewrite the constitution.

He orders spying in America which is in direct conflict with the 4th Amendment. WRONG, NO spying in America, but incomming foreign calls are computer monitored for patterns that then can be followed up on especially if intelligence shows the pattern matches with info. Point here is that with 300 million americans, a what 500 employees to monitor, (there are many less) but lets use 500, then that is one person to monitor 30 million americans. I think they just might focus energy on those that intelligence indicates is a terrorist and leave your sex talk alone.

He permits tortures and extraordinary renditions that violate the 8th Amendment. REALLY? Foreigners in a war do not have constitutional rights. Secondly the Geneva convention says you are to abide by its rules ONLY if your enemy abides by them. It also defines solder as a uniformed individual part of the chain of command of a legitimate government. Other than USC no pac 10 team has shown it can win big games, especially consistently post season. EAch year almost without exception the PAC 10 teams lose bowl games to teams that on paper they should win. UCLA giving Notre Dame its first win this year was embarrassing. A 1 win 2 loss record with Notre Dame was awful. Sorry but the SEC is the best conference in the nation and I hate to admit that. ONLY USC is miles ahead and shows post season consistent winning and could win in ANY conference. The rest of the PAC 10 is what is known here as the PAthetiC 10. Whant to quit getting screwed? Win bowl games consistently. EARN RESPECT
