Nov 29th 2007 1:02PM We have T-Mobile by the way and their customer service is great. I called & told them that I was having dropped calls they put a work order in and a tech drove to my small town (700 people) that I moved to where I am roaming and investigated it. I now have VERY few dropped calls and I am still roaming. If I have any problems I call them and they fix it immediately and usually add free minutes on just for having to call in. I have been w/them for 7 years now. My bill runs me $175 but I have 4 phones on it with unlimited text. That would be less then $50 per phone. Pretty Good I'd Say!

Nov 29th 2007 9:02AM I worked for AT&T in the residential part, what they did was outsource the work to cheaper countries and then laid off a lot of people. Then if you still worked for them they made you try to sale stuff to the ones that just called in for billing adjustments or ask stupid questions like "Do you use AT&T for ALL your telephone needs?" Then if u say no, then u have to go into sales mode. Awful place to work. Money is pretty good but you would be surprised at how many people are depressed who work there.
