Cell Phone Blamed for Train Death (Switched)
Nov 28th 2007 4:53AM People cannot talk on the cell phone and pay attention to their surroundings at the same time. I don't know how many times I have pulled up behind some moron who is stopping at a green light because they are talking on their cell phone. Also, they can't maintain a consistent speed driving, ranging from 70 to 45 to 55 and back up to 70 because they are on their cell. And, by all means, look both ways before you cross the RR tracks. What a moron - leave the mess for someone else to clean up because you can't walk and talk at the same time.
