Anti-Immigrant Song: "Illegal Aliens in My Yard" (Cuelate)

Dec 24th 2009 12:27PM The Native American Indians were here first. The Spanish think they discovered it, but it was already inhabited. Then the Spanish murdered their way around a took it over. Then the White, New Americans ( my personal ancestors), came and murdered and lied their way through. So depending on your point of view and which set of rules you choose to accept, America either belongs to whom ever had it first or whom ever conquered it last. Either way that is not the Spanish. The real issue here is people that are living in America illegally. Why should hard working people be forced to pay for people that aren't here legally? Let them come here legally and participate in the system by working and paying a full share of taxes like the rest of us. Stop the free-loading!

Travelocity survey says: fat, smelly and coughing the worst to be sitting next to (Gadling)

Oct 13th 2009 11:53AM For those of you that are upset about the "personal attacks" toward oversized people, you are missing the point. How is it alright or fair for a paying passenger to have someone else spilling into their seat thereby restricting their space and movement, and being touched by someone they do not know? How is it alright or fair for the person that can not fit into a seat due to their size, life-style, etc., to inflict that onto the person that happens to be seated next to them? Have you tried eating a meal on a 10 hour flight when 1/3 of your seat is occupied by the huge person in the next seat?? If you have and enjoyed your flight..... you are far more kind and giving than words can express.

Travelocity survey says: fat, smelly and coughing the worst to be sitting next to (Gadling)

Oct 13th 2009 11:40AM Imagine looking over across the isle as a man sneezes into his hand, then rubs both of his hands together. He then reaches up and adjusts the air flow knob, looks down at his hands, wipes one with the other and deposits the wet goo on the side of the seat on which he is seated. Not only did I see this in real life but later many people brushed up against that seat while getting off the plane. By far the worst thing I've experienced on a plane. I regret not making a fool of myself by standing up and announcing it to the whole plane as soon as it happened. I wonder which one of us would have been ridiculed the worst.

Roland Burris Defends ACORN, Says 'Fox Sting' and 'Agendas' to Blame (Politics Daily)

Obama Won the What? (Politics Daily)

Oct 9th 2009 12:46PM So what exactly has Obama done to EARN this honor among honors?? Nothing besides charm people. He obviously has a master plan to change America, Everyone agrees on that. You should be asking; WHAT is the plan exactly?? Why do I support this plan exactly??

If you really want to be objective and understand the dynamics of todays politics read, Philosophy: Who Needs It, by Ayn Rand. At the very least take charge of your own mind and develop reason for these issues you choose to support or not. Don't simply be led around by the nose. If anyone criticizes you for taking on this endeavor it is because they know they will either have to defend their ideas, which they can not, or loose your support.

The toilet-tissue issue: an environmentalists' dilemma (Daily Finance)

Sep 25th 2009 11:37AM Having lived in countries with rough toilet paper I can say that the rough stuff scrapes the skin more. The wood fibers are quite large in some of the brands. The micro tears can and do lead to an increase in infections, not to mention that you are not so clean either. Washing is the best way to clean after toileting to remove leftovers and prevent infection and disease. But I'm sure someone out there will say that's a waste of water.
