Don't rent to anyone who can't meet in person or accept checks from someone you don't know- it's not brain surgery. When it said "the landlord claimed in the ad that he was away on a humanitarian 'mission'," that should have been their first clue.

Not everyone believes in the same invisible man in the sky as you-deal with it. 2. There is a huge difference between having baby as a teen and having one at 30, no matter who you are. Almost all adults who are in a monogamous relationship have sex and yes, sometimes babies result- deal with it.

And I'm sure whatever drugs were in the house were flushed down the toilet as soon as 911 was called. Same with prostitution, you have to be caught exchanging money for specific acts- they can't just bust you for consorting with loose women.

But someone who gets drunk, gets behind the wheel and has not one but TWO crashes that result in someone being killed is a murderer, same as if she'd used a gun.
