Aug 29th 2011 5:05PM I'd like to know how many home owners that are "upside down" on your mortgage/deed of trust had a lender/banker/(whatever) put a gun to your head and made you sign the papers?

1. Banks lose money on REO's most of the time. Yes, they take a long time to decide anything as they are multiheaded and have a hard time as approval goes up the chair of command.
2. Many of you signed legal papers that showed your income a "bit" more than it was? Ahh, I've seen it. It's called a big fat lie.FNMA was sold mortgage packages and when the customer could not pay that new adjustable payment they, the customer screamed bloody murder, and has been bailed out more than you know.

3. 29 years in the business.

Feb 27th 2011 3:27AM I pulled my $$ out of a US Bank & went to Chase. Bad move. I said "No" to overdraft protection and they sent me a letter thanking me for having it. Strike one! They put me in the wrong checking account and another Chase employee caught it. Strike two! I had to call them to get their over draft off my two accounts, was transfered three times as each "banker" did not know how to gety two accounts straight, and as I was speakimg to a female "banker", I asked her a question...and she HAD already hung up on me. I'm also an investor (over 2500 shares of JPM) so I went to Chase and withdrew all the $$. Too bad, crap service but I'm keeping the stock as most would put up with their crap, but not me andtheir stick has gone back to over $45 a common share.

I think you pretty much covered it all for the ladies who don't know how to seduce a man. I dress up for my man, send him pictures of me dressed up when he is away, and if I want it, unless it's REALLY not an appropriate time, then I'll initiate it. I will admit that I do giggle though, I laugh in different ways all the time though, and it may have hit him in the face a little when we first started having sex, but through conversaton, we have resolved that, and I can have my natual reaction, a giggle, and he know it is not me laughing at him
