Jun 6th 2007 11:41AM Police have been doing this for years, this is nothing new and it's completely constitutional, the only new twist is that they are putting hte video on national televeision. Also for those that are upset about these guys going to jail for 5 year and the crimes they are charged with don't be. They are only charged with attempted sex-acts with a minor, not the full charge. Seccond, if this is their first offense it is unlikely they will do any jail time, they get 3-5 yeard fellony probation and have to register as a sex offender their whole life. Fair enough I say...
