Jan 22nd 2012 5:42PM I lived in Mexico for five years during the 1990s, and have recently returned for a one-month look. It has changed drastically and for the worse. I would NEVER advise an American to either vacation in Mexico, or relocate to Mexico as a retirement plan.

The underclass breeds like rats, they have not a shred of ethics or morals, and their governments are corrupt. Four or five of those locations should be bombed, all the residents killed, and the whole experiment started over. Too radical? Then you go live there.

Obese passenger forces neighbor on US Airways flight to stand for 7 hours (Gadling)
Nov 23rd 2011 11:00PM When I was designing avionics for airline hardware, we put together a "fat passenger" seat. It was an extra-sturdy seat, four feet wide, that sat in the center of the aft section of the plane. Under the seat were "bombs away" doors and, if the plane ever got into trouble, the captain could flip a switch and the fat slob riding in the seat would be jettisoned, like a bag of wet cement. In that way, the obese passenger was also kept away from normal passengers, so they weren't bothered by the fat person's groaning, bowel gurgles, and passing wind episodes. Only a couple of airlines bought and installed the seat and I heard that they were only used a few times, then discontinued. One 500-pound passenger was dropped at 20,000 feet because of a short circuit and he splattered all over the Continental Divide. Cheers to all and Happy Thanksgiving.
