Oct 29th 2007 1:15AM I think it's time to really stop and take a good look at the DWI statutes. It's a misdemeanor for a 1st offense involving drunk driving. What a joke. It's the same penalty as stealing a pair of $60 Nike shoes. It's treated as a victimless crime, until someone dies. Lets make it illegal to drink and drive period!

There are a number of things in this world more important and relevant to life besides who has the best phone. Can we all smell the coffee??? BTW, I own the Pearl and it's great!
