Nashville and Carolina rank above such hockey stalwarts as Denver, Dallas, and Anaheim....so, get away from the southern stereotypes and learn something before you spout.

Dec 11th 2010 11:38PM Looking at the video, it wasn't necessarily the spin that got the goalie, but the little hitch/delay in the shot that confused him.

I think the kid showed excellent puck control on the shot. Great goal!

Apr 13th 2010 3:01PM As Bob Jenkins said in the race coverage (and Indy Car on TV is ten times more watchable with Bob Jenkins calling a race), Dixon's penalty was not a judgement call. Simply reading the telemetry from the cars at the start/finish line to enforce one of the oldest rules around. He either did or didn't (and he did).

No judgement call, just his own miscue in black and white. No whining for that, please.

Dec 16th 2009 6:53PM Oh wow.....Marty Reid is a horrible choice.....He doesn't communicate well, is totally unexciting, bland, and doesn't know much about NASCAR at all. Other than that, he's really bad--worse at NASCAR than he was in his pitifully inept stint covering the IRL.

Even less of a reason to watch NASCAR on ESPN/ABC now.
