Mezuzah Case: Condo Association Bylaw vs. Jewish Practice (AOL Real Estate)

Mar 29th 2012 4:26PM I don't understand why people keep living in places that have all these absurd, ridiculous rules about decorations etc. How anyone wants to live in these subdivisions/condo communities that want everyone to look and act the same is beyond me. Yes, you need some rules to keep order, but so many of these commities are assinine and go way beyond common sense. OMG! You're hanging up the flag of your country...no, no, no can't do that. Stupid and so are the people that live in places like that. Everyone is turning into sheep waiting to be led to the slaughter.

Andrew Morton: 'Catherine and Pippa Are Very Competitive' (PopEater)

May 19th 2011 11:07AM Who cares about Pippa...enough already. She's riding her sister's coat tails. Did we hear about Diana's family...not much so stop with Catherines family. One day they will have to bow to Catherine just like everyone else so stop acting like they are something special.

Confessions of a Mother: Guilty Things Moms Secretly Do (Holidash News)

May 6th 2011 3:17PM I think some of the people commenting on here need to lighten up. I'm so sadden by how the parents of now are such helicopter parents, keeping their kids in medphoric plastic bubbles. School personel call these kids china cups because they've been so protected their whole life they have no idea how to live in the real world and go to pieces when conflict comes up.

I totally don't agree with the leaving your child in the bath tub...that's beyond irresponsible if the child is only 2-3yrs old. I think allowing your child to be outside is fine if you are not totally ignoring him/her. You can't just let them go and not pay any attention to them. Coloring your childs hair because you don't like the color it is is beyond comprehension and the most selfish/vain comment I've ever heard.

A well developed child is allowed to explore their surroundings, work out their own conflicts and if that means they get hurt once in a while that's what needs to happen. They will not learn by being kept in a bubble away from what "might" happen......as a small child up to 4 close vigilance is still warranted but as they get older you need to cut the apron strings and let them learn.

Temporary Lip Tattoos For The Rock Star In You (Stylelist)

May 5th 2011 1:19PM I agree. I could see this for clubbing or for some other fun outing, but not everyday. If I was 20yrs younger and out clubbing I think it would be fun. I don't think it's any different then those sparkly body/face stickers you can put on for some bling when going out. It has it's time and place.

Kirstie Alley Gets Tattooed After 'Dancing' Tumble (PopEater)

Apr 5th 2011 4:38PM And, all of you talking trash about how Kirstie looks and what you think is appropriate for her age are flawless, slim, anti-aging gods and goddesses right? Yeah....I didn't think so. I'd like to see all of you get off your butt and do what she's doing in front of millions of people. I think she's is doing great on the show and I give her a lot of credit for getting in front of all the nay-sayers. So many people thought she'd fall flat on her face and she's kicking butt........Way to go Kirstie.....stay fiesty and true to yourself. Everyone else can go to H ELL!!

7 Supermarket Rip-Offs (Slashfood)

Mar 25th 2011 1:21PM One thing that I was hoping they would mention is that the meat/fish counter in your supermarkets isn't necessarily FRESH. I decided to buy some tuna steaks recently and after looking at the frozen I thought why not get fresh at the counter instead. I asked the person behind the counter how fresh the tuna was(when did they get it in?). He said "it was just thawed out today". I'm thinking what!? How ridiculous is this? If I hadn't asked(and I'm sure most people don't) I would have assumed it was fresh not frozen. Needless to say, I purchased the frozen and saved.

Travel agents: The dinosaur you just might need (Gadling)

Mar 16th 2011 1:56PM I agree 100%. For just a quick flight somewhere sure do-it-yourself online, but for a bigger trip I wouldn't dream of doing it myself. You can never be sure what some of these hotels are really like online and if your trip itinerary is not just a simple 1 hotel for the whole stay a travel agent knows all about different packages and transportation options. I'm planning a trip to Costa Rica next year and yes, I'm doing leg work online to get ideas of what I want, but when it comes time to really book it will be through a travel agent.

Fantasia Skipped Grammys Over Franklin Tribute Snub (PopEater)

Feb 17th 2011 10:19AM How F'ing selfish!!!! What an immature, spoiled brat!! If she was such a great fan of Aretha's she would want to be there to honor her. HELLO FANTASIA IT'S ABOUT ARETHA.....NOT YOU!!! The kids these days have no flipping clue about respect. Damn parents teach selfishness and that the world revolves around them.

Giant Squid Lands on Delray Beach (AOL Travel News)

Feb 12th 2011 9:33PM What idiots. Boy, they sure helped it out to sea....the whole 3feet they walked into the ocean. They should have contained it somehow in the surf and got help from local biologists. If nothing else, someone had to have a small water craft or even a surf board which could take them out further into the sea to release it into deeper water(I'm not talking way off shore, just maybe 50 ft.)
