Oct 17th 2007 3:54AM While I believe that the RIAA have brought a lot of this on themselves by consistently over- pricing cds for far too long, I also think there are too many people in this country who have absolutely no respect for intellectual property. Perhaps they will now start to understand that music is NOT free, unless the copyright owners
decide that it should be. Musicians, like anybody else, need to earn a living and that should be respected.

The Real Borat? (Gadling)

Nov 12th 2006 4:35PM Pity the person who DOESN'T GET THE JOKE. Comedians of this quality only show up every so often. I thought that the Borat character was based on a Russian, but I may be wrong. It's highly unlikely that this Turkish comedian is the "real" Borat; he seems like a lame imitator, who's trying to cash in and I'm sure he'll be the first of many. I doubt that Sacha Baron Cohen will reveal his sources; he shouldn't.

A Cure for Jet Lag (Gadling)

Apr 19th 2006 8:27PM "thrown off by a couple of hours from flying across multiple timezones"... I think this last post by Frequent Flyer proves the point everybody else is trying to make. We are not talking about a couple of hours here, we are talking about long-haul, transcontinental flights, which can throw off a traveler's system by many hours. This can be a real problem; it's not invented and each traveler is affected differently. All the tips mentioned have merit and are worth trying.
