Is it Time to Downgrade from Windows Vista? (Switched)
Sep 25th 2007 7:05PM I purchased an entirely new system in June; computer w/Vista, monitor and 4 in 1 copier. All were made by H/P. I owned it 4 days before returning everything because of fustration. During those 4 days I spent approximately 25 hours on the phone talking to H/P tech support. To add insult to injury I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. What a joke!
