Apr 7th 2011 8:40PM I thought I wouldn't agree with your suggestions after all of your complaints in the first paragraph, but you reeled me back in after I got past number one. Sepia is acceptable for me.
Add an option to list the page numbers as they appear in the hardback version. Even cranking the text sze down as small as it can go makes for a thousand page book in many cases. I don't know why that matters to me, but it is in the same category as wanting to know 'how much book is left' by glancing at the thickness of pages remaining.
