Microsoft Pulls Out of 'Family Guy' Special Over Incest and Holocaust Jokes (Inside TV Blog)

Oct 29th 2009 5:50PM Good for Microsoft! I have never liked this show and have always felt the putrid humor was just too nasty for my children to watch, or even myself for that matter. It isn't comedy at all as far as I am concerned, and I do have a right to my opinion. What my children watch now is not up to me any longer, now that they are grown ups. I just hope that if they do watch it, they send my grandchildren into the other room.

Aug 10th 2009 10:48PM He's alive?? Duh! I could have told you that. Was wondering when a news story would appear, stating that he is still alive. I feel sorry for his son and for Olivia.

'Biggest Loser' 2009 Winner Helen Phillips: Before and After Photos (Inside TV Blog)

May 18th 2009 12:31PM I agree that Helen was WAY too thin. She did look good after losing 103 pounds. Now she looks like a skeleton. It's great that everyone lost so much weight. Go JERRY!! Awesome that he and his wife and everyone else is so healthy now. Not surprised by Joelle or David's weight loss outcome. Like Dan said, "never give up". Now, how do I get on the show?

More reason to hate your credit card debt: Late payment rates rise again (WalletPop)

Mar 16th 2009 8:43PM I recently received a notice that my GE Lowes account had been closed. They gave an array of reasons, all of which I do not understand. We were not late, always paid twice the minimum on this card. We have be trying to get all of our cards paid off, and haven't been using them much at all. It's been a month or more since we used the Lowes card, but we didn't need anything from there.... I believe this is why they closed the account. Because we weren't using it enough. Our balance was down to 83.00, and they throw us under the bus. I wrote them a letter stating how we didn't apprciate the closing of our account when we have been doing so well with all of our accounts. With them closing the account, it looks bad on your credit, and lowers your credit scores.
Now, we are just paying them off. I have already cut up most of our cards. We are tired of the BS involved with higher rates, changes in dates, and unwarranted closing of accounts. We can't get ahead now, so why even bother. I will be glad to be credit card debt and credit card free.

Reason #2,532 to Love Your Body the Way It Is (Lemondrop)

Mar 5th 2009 9:15AM It's sad for the woman to have such complications from this surgery. Another example of people not accepting themselves for the way they are.
As for the anchor and those in the background apparently unable to control their laughter, it is quite distasteful, immature, and very unprofessional! Unbelievable.

Searching for a Natural Remedy? (AOL Hot Searches)

Feb 12th 2009 10:38PM I was once told by a doctor to use warm saltwater to clear out a sinus infection. It works. Put a teaspoon of salt into an 8 oz. glass of water and sniff it into your nose.

It's like putting salt on a slug. It dissovles it, just like sniffing salt water up your nose dissolves the infection.

Either that, or take a swim in salt water, and "accidently" have some go up your nose.
