First graders go on field trip to teacher's same sex wedding (ParentDish)

Oct 15th 2008 1:10PM As a property owner and parent I would be very upset if my child's field trip was to either a traditional or same sex marriage. This is puting only one set of views on a very important subject. Is this teacher also going to include a field trip to see other kinds of marriage too. You have to be fair on this one. Children's minds are very impressionable at this time and to some this maybe the only "wedding" the will ever attend for a very long time and to subject as a learning experience only one side of marriage is terrible. I have a hard time believing that a school district allowed such an event. This opens the door to then have another field trip to a gay rights parade or a white nation event. How would a parent of a different or non religious family feel if you took the children into a church or such. And on that subject the school would have a problem with the children praying in school and not this. Wow.

My question is that the black community is not out there tell it's men and woment to stop having sex outside of marriage and even to stop having unprotected sex. How many young black and white women do you see out there with black children and no father in the picture. I guess that the black community will chalk it up to the fact of no role models or the fact that this is part of their herritage. Shame.

Why, because they like Obama are getting kick backs from the oil companies. The wonderful Liberals out there are allowing illegals to come to this country and take jobs, and change the language of your country. I don't believe that the government should be helping out the homeowners that purchased homes that were WAY OUT OF THEIR MEANS. And I don't want to here them complaining about how the mortgage companies told them it was okay and they could afford it. You are all adults that know how money works. Next you all have these big SUVs to drive four blocks to the grocery store. Please, learn to live within your budget. You are the reason for this problem.

Mar 29th 2008 5:40PM I still can't believe that people follow Obama. He has done NOTHING while in office. He NEVER voted on any hot topics, he would only voted present. Voting for Obama is an UNEDUCATED VOTE. He has lied about his beliefs, he was quoted in 2007 saying that the Rev. Wright was going to cause him some damage. So he knew about it long before the media let it loose. He has sold his own white Grandmother out instead of owning up to his own mistakes. He wants the working middle class American to pay more in taxes, so that non working Americans can have governement controlled health care. So you are going to be paying a lot more in taxes then you are now, so that a smoking, drug using, alcoholic can have health coverage. But that wonderful welfare user will never work, & never pay taxes. Thanks OBAMA

Feb 22nd 2008 10:17AM I think that this a good idea for welfare parents. See, if you offer it to them maybe it would help them, because they don't use anyother kind of birth controll. I am tired of the fact that my husband and I work hard and took responsibility for ourself and children by not have six children with different fathers and have been on welfare since the first child. I see it at my son's school, they work the system. These parents have been on welfare since they were children and they are passing on the same ideas to the next generation. This is how I would like to see my tax dollars spent instead of on breeders and illegals.
