House Flippers Inflated the Housing Bubble, Report Says (AOL Real Estate)

Dec 13th 2011 7:45PM Mortgage money flooding the market was the only cause of the bubble. Money in the vast quantities needed were made available by Government entities, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The Community Redevelopment Act and The Affordable Housing Act, both government passed legislation, required them to do it. Barney Frank(D) and Chris Dodd(D) supported that legislation, sponsored them and made sure they passed. If you feel better blaming bit players instead, go ahead.

Mortgage Broker Sued for Causing Thousands to Lose Homes (AOL Real Estate)

Nov 2nd 2011 11:02AM Liberals and democrats know that bankers and Wall Street created the housing crisis. They also are certain that government had nothing to do with it. Possibly liberals and democrats would like to support another Community Development Act and an Affordable Housing Act. Government could come to the rescue of voters. I'm sure they could get Frank and Dodd to re-submit their bills creating those programs and all would be well again.

Natalie Portman Gives Up Vegan Diet (PopEater)

Jun 15th 2011 11:42PM Obviously people do not understand that Ms. Portman now craves and wants to eat those kind things. As a result all is well. While what you may want and crave is of no importance, to her. She has a very interesting philosophy toward others

A Prehistoric Woman's Place Was Not in the Cave (ParentDish)

Jun 2nd 2011 5:46PM Two sentences prove the fallacy and agenda of this pretend "analysis".
"Fresh research ... challenges the idea that a woman's place is genetically geared to be the home..." and "You have go back a ways -- two species below humans on the evolutionary scale..." to see the pattern. In simple terms, the female looking for adventure model genetically died out. It was and is an evolutionary dead end, The model didn't work and will work no better today. The journalist who wrote this is the product of a modern education which ignores clear thinking and automatically adopts a politically correct conclusion.

Are Red Rover, Kick Ball and Freeze Tag Risky Summer Camp Business? (ParentDish)

Apr 19th 2011 9:52PM This is the inevitable result of government becoming too big, too expensive and too controlling. Liberals like to live in that environment and it will only get worse.

Author Explores Lives of 'Practice Babies' Once Raised on College Campuses (ParentDish)

Feb 24th 2011 2:47PM It is interesting and quaint that at one time children were considered to be something significant. Worthy of study even. This would not be acceptable today as the only important thing in life is a career. Children are now no more than an annoyance, an inconvenience a distraction, an obligation or a hindrance to personal aspirations and real fulfillment. Choice is a wonderful thing for women today.

11 Outrageous Taxes (WalletPop)

Feb 18th 2011 6:38AM So renaming a tax makes it not a tax and changing rules that increase taxes is not a tax increase. This logic will make sense only to liberals and democrats.
