Jan 3rd 2008 7:17PM One can of sauerkraut, Cut the Boar flank into 1 1/2 chops. Saute in a hot skillet until golden brown. Add the sauerkraut and heat thru. Serve with a chilled apple sauce and a salad. A nice Merlot would go well with this dish. If your a Bunny hugger or vegatarian, shut up and eat the apples sauce and sauerkraut
