May 21st 2010 6:06AM I was lucky to be given an adorable min pin. Her family before me couldnt care for her anymore. As you know, min pin's tails are docked and ears are pinned. My baby girl did have her tailed docked but her ears arent pinned. If I had her from a pup, I wouldnt have done that to her. I just think it's cruel and not necessary. I'm thankful she has her floppy ears. I love watching them flop around while she eats. And although she doesnt have her tail, I can tell when she's happy because her cute little stub wags like mad... that's why I call her my lil stubbalina

Tips used to be given prior to being served. It is not a law nor is it a must. Why should I give anything to a server if he or she gives me subpar service? If I have a good server, they will get a generous tip. If I receive bad service...well, you should of come to work with a better attitude. I have given up to 50% tip for good service and as little as 10% to nothing for poor service.
Remember, I am coming to YOU...not the other way around.
