Sep 23rd 2008 8:25PM Always make sure that payments are credited to your accounts. I was paying Chase and they actually took my money from my checking account and credited another customer in Iowa with my payment. I NEVER was able to get any answers... my guess it was someone who worked there or a relative. It was finally settled more than a year later but no explaination.
