Nov 3rd 2011 5:07PM I think these people need a wider circle of friends.

Madonna Likes 'Em Young. So What? 5 Reasons Madonna Can Date Whomever She Wants (PopEater)

Jan 26th 2011 4:58PM It's that weird Howdy Doody face they all get. Madonna, Oksana Grigorieva, Octomom, Joan Rivers, they all look like they had the same mother: Lady Elaine Fairchilde!!

Alexis Stewart Drops The Price Of Her TriBeCa Duplex (Luxist)

Jan 25th 2011 9:39AM If she's been in that place since she got married, I remember reading about how the very tiles in the bathroom were perfectly measured so that in the converging corner no tiles would have to be cut. They were small, grey tiles. That's what it looks to be. But she's pretty anal and has been like that since she was a kid. Oh well. Maybe some wealthy futures-trader and his coked-out girlfriend can pick up the payments.

Pet On The Street - How Do You Talk to Your Dog? (Pawnation OLD)

Feb 21st 2010 10:37AM Not only have I always talked to dogs, each dog I've had over the years has gotten a different voice (usually shrill, with some kind of accent). Plus there is a voice from the dog to humans for those moments when their adorable expressions need a "caption." My current dog's voice sounds like Ralph Wiggum from the Simpsons and he says "Good Morning Mother" when he wakes up from a nap, no matter what time of day it is. I've been speaking this way to dogs since I was eight (my sisters also engage in doggie talk) and I often forget that other people don't do this...

Your Favorite Mascara: Mascara Reviews by Real People (Shopping Articles Blog)

Feb 19th 2010 8:08AM I would love to see different types of eyelashes (and women of different ethnicities) evaluate a wide array of mascaras. I have short, slightly curving eyelashes, my sister has long "grass-like" eyelashes that don't like to curl. What works for me does NOT work for her. Also, I like a certain thickness of mascara, but some people might not like that. It would be awesome if someone gathered a group of women representing different eyelash challenges (I'll be the first to volunteer!) and let them evaluate ALL of the different mascaras, brushes, etc. and show the results in an honest way (those mascara commercials are SO fake!). Let us see not only how any one mascara worked on the different types of eyelashes, but how each mascara looked on any given eyelash type (talking grid here). Then I think we'd be able to choose the mascara that is right for us. The mascaras should also be tested for wearability. I've had some that flake off during the day. Ugh.

My Mother Hates My Baby Name (ParentDish)

Jan 16th 2010 9:25PM Emily is a good example of a name that was reborn. How many Emilys do you know that are now in their 50s or 60s? NONE!! It was my grandmother's middle name (born 1908) and that was as far as that name went until the 1970s. How many Alices do you know that are in their 30s? Maybe one. (I know two.) The name is very pretty so instead of disappearing, it turned into Allison (now how many Allisons do you know who are in their 30s? Millions.). Alice has made a sudden resurgence this past decade and now it's chic to have a little girl named Alice. Here's a hoot: how about a sweet little girl dressed in Baby Gap clothing named Donna or Linda or Barbara? Ha! How about a woman in a nursing home by the name of Tiffany or Taylor or Kayla? Some day, folks!

Twenty Years Ago, One Hit Changed Two Lives Forever (Fanhouse NCAA Football Blog)

Oct 30th 2009 9:10AM Normally you hear about alcohol or drugs dulling the pain. It may seem wacky at first, but it is a healthy, honest and effective way to deal with the hurt inside. You don't hear many stories like this unfortunately.
