I doubt he will bully anyone again anytime soon. There is a huge problem with bullying today - look what has happened on YouTube and MySpace. Bullying has caused many kids to commit suicide. If a bully gets away with it as a kid, what kind of adult do they end up being?? Bertreice Dixon could end up being a hero to bullied kids everywhere.

Apr 16th 2008 7:22AM Another relief for menstrual cramps - use a child's ball about the size of a soccer ball. Sit on a chair or edge of the bed. Place the ball between your knees. Squeeze and hold a few seconds and release. Do this a couple of times and cramps will stop. I read this in a magazine as a teenager 30 years ago and it works!!!
