You spoke, Pizza Hut listened: company replies to your posts on WalletPop (WalletPop)

Jun 19th 2009 9:57PM I've had decent pizza at Pizza Hut once or twice but it seems like in the last few years they can't seem to put enough sauce on it, depriving it of the flavor. Why skimp on the sauce? It ruins the pizza.

As far as I know, nobody calls Pizza Hut 'The Hut' - I think it sounds stupid and I don't think I will ever call it that.

Could Post-Breakup Bitterness Be a Mental Illness? (Lemondrop)

May 29th 2009 12:46PM After a bad breakup I wasn't able to consider another serious relationship for 10 years. The first year I cried daily (also had suicidal thoughts), second year every other day or so, third year I finally went out on a couple of sort of dates and got involved in another very bad (supposed to be casual) relationship that solidified my resolution to not get into a serious relationship anytime soon. However, my PTSD was never really about revenge.

Bristol Palin on Life as a Teen Mom - "Think About the Consequences" (ParentDish)

May 23rd 2009 2:04PM She is a NEGATIVE role model (ie bad example). A good role is someone who behaves correctly in the first place, being an example of how one should behave - the opposite of what Bristol is! For anyone saying she's a good example because of how she's handling her past mistakes... hogwash! She's behaving HOW SHE HAS TO being in the spotlight and because she's Sara Palin's daughter.

Michael Phelps, Sexual Olympian? (Fanhouse Backporch)

May 12th 2009 12:44PM AOL calls this an ugly rumor? It's great publicity no matter how you look at it, olympian or not.

Dollar Tree launches new e-commerce web site (WalletPop)

May 4th 2009 10:49PM That makes no sense at all - who's going to pay shipping on a dollar item. Ridiculous.

Chicago Bears Draft Jarron Gilbert: YouTube Star Now, NFL Star Soon? (Fanhouse NFL Blog)

May 1st 2009 12:30PM Where is the 'who cares' option on the poll?

The Worst Potholes in the World (Gadling)

May 1st 2009 12:26PM Los Angeles probably has the worst potholes. You can sue the city for damage done by a pothole but when the damage is gradually done over a wide area covering various cities in LA county, you're just screwed.

Newsweek Slams Contemporary Country (The Boot)

Apr 17th 2009 12:04AM Hellooooo... ALL MUSIC GENRES FAVOR PRETTY PEOPLE with rare exception (ie, punk, death metal in which case it might be the opposite). Tuttle apparently has an amusing writing style however I think he's off base. As in all types of business, music abides by the law of supply and demand. The industry is selling what people are buying - end of story.

Burger King goes off the deep end, again, this time in Mexico (WalletPop)

Apr 15th 2009 8:10AM The flag issue seems overblown (no pun intended) - people use red, white and blue inappropriately all the dam time. The gay reference (2 male 'partners') is slightly amusing at worst. The so-called stereo typical image of a mexican is not stereo typical AT ALL. I know lots of mexicans... none of them run around wearing capes, most of them are dark-skinned (the guy in the commercial is quite white), and they're not all short either. There's plenty of big Mexicans. All in all the commercial is edgy, funny although perhaps will be taken the wrong way by some, especially in the US where people tend to be more uptight than their European counterparts. The US could stand to learn a few things from Europe, especially sexually. For instance, there is less rape in countries where prostitution is legal, like Germany.

Burger King Ad Inappropriate for Kids? (ParentDish)

Apr 9th 2009 1:28PM That is just wrong. It's promoting big butts to young children - in other words, promoting sex to kids by alluding to one of the most provocative songs/videos of all time! Crazy, what is the world coming to???
