Toddler Dials 911 From Cell Phone 287 Times (Switched)
Jul 17th 2007 3:39PM It seems this child needs two lessons...one don't play with the cell phone and two don't give out information to anyone over the phone. This child told perfect strangers where he lived. Yikes!!
