I have stopped wearing large metal bracelets and necklaces as well as belts with large buckles when I travel to expedite my time going through security. To avoid any problems, perhaps all of us who are well endowed should forgo the underwires on travel days--a sports bra or non-underwire might be the solution to avoid those pesky pat downs.

Apr 5th 2008 1:54PM I think the gentle on the brake is more about smart braking. If you see the light is red, start your slow down early with the hopes of not having to come to a complete stop. If you can time your braking for red lights, you don't have to go through the energy used to overcome the inertia of a completely stopped vehicle.

May 1st 2007 9:50PM Mom jeans! Ha. I think people who were the low riders think they do it because it's fashionable. I think they do it because they have a gut. In the low riders, you can let your gut hang out over the top (you know, "muffin tops") and you don't have to worry about your weight.
