It's been a lot of years since I let ANYONE tell me how to dress, let alone some internet fashionista.... I say if it looks good on you wear it. If it makes you happy, wear it. If it makes sense, wear it. Use your head, use your mirror, use your common sense, and for heaven's sake don't let anyone dictate what you "can" and "can't" do. Lord knows I have seen many women in their 40's and over rockin' clothes that are tagged "younger" but which look HORRID in the overweight TV-addicted 20/30-somethings they wre supposedly designed for. (C'mon, you know who you are, and stand up straight for once, and suck in that belly, wouldja?) So go for it, ladies. Experiment a little.

Jul 31st 2007 10:52PM I have a Garmin GPS which I use riding... not because I travel so far (I'm no Lance) but it's a great training tool - it shows time, speed, climbing, your route, and maps it for you so you can repeat it and try to "beat" your best time. Gives you max/min heart rate and time in each "zone" and total calories burned (yippee!) Fun for road and off road riding and hiking too. You can even email your hikes/bikes to your friends. :)
