The freedom to walk along all streets worldwide truely means to see and watch everyone and everything and it means as well being visible and watched by anyone or everyone. This may not be true now, might it?

No, that will always be true. It simply means that Germans (like many Americans) are too stupid to understand what "privacy" means.
Anything you can see from public property (like a street) IS NOT PRIVATE. Period.
The fact that this simple concept escapes anyone is a testament to human stupidity.
