Interactive, Musical Subway Map 'Conductor' Lets You Strum Train Tracks

Alexander Chen's Conductor, which is hosted at MTA.me, is an animated map of the NYC subway. Fed with departure data from the Metropolitan Transit Authority in New York City, Conductor traces the train routes before your eyes. But it's just as fun to listen to as it is to watch: As trains pass each other, they produce plucked notes, and you can strum them yourself to make beautiful train track music.
